Day 1 | Srinagar – Sonamarg – Zojila Pass – Drass – Kargil

Fly early morning to Srinagar or reach on any previous day (Loose End refer below)
Enjoy the vistas en-route especially the lush green Minamarg Meadows
Have late drunch meal at Drass if you are a vegetarian as sometimes it gets difficult to find veg. food at Kargil
Overnight at Kargil
About 8-9 Hrs drive, depending upon the traffic movement at Zozila and breaks in between

Day 2 | Kargil – Lamayuru – Leh

Hit the roads by 7.00 AM
Cover Mulbekh Maitrey, Lamayuru Monastery, Lunar Landscapes or Moonland and Fotu La Pass

To have varied flexibility, we have kept two Loose ends, head, and tail. So, in case you have more days at your end and would be driving/riding from Delhi to Delhi then you might opt for either of the Loose ends mentioned below to explore more.

Interested travelers can join the group at Srinagar even if they would like to drive/ride from Delhi or fly to Srinagar before as given below:

Day 0 | Jammu/Patnitop – Srinagar OR Fly to Srinagar from home town

Loose Tail

Interested travelers can also leave the group at Keylong or Gramphu if they would like to drive/ride towards Spiti Valley and Kinnaur Valley and reach Delhi via Spiti – Kinnaur – Shimla route.

Day 12 | Jispa – Keylong – Gramphu – Batal – Chandratal
Day 13 | Chandratal – Losar – Chicham – Kibber – Ki – Kaza
Day 14 | Kaza – Langza – Hikkim – Komic – Kaza – Pin Valley
Day 15 | Pin Valley – Dhankar – Tabo
Day 16 | Tabo – Nako – Kalpa
Day 17 | Kalpa – Sangla – Chitkul – Sangla
Day 18 | Sangla – Rampur – Narkanda

If required, all necessary arrangements can be me made at extra cost for both Loose Head or Loose Tail. At extra cost, we can book accommodation and transportation for Delhi to Jammu to Srinagar (Loose Head) and from Jispa to Delhi via Spiti Valley – Kinnaur route.

Nothing is covered in either of the Loose ends. If required, we can make the necessary arrangements for you at extra cost.

Terms & conditions

Hotel and Other costs added to the trip, in addition to the proposed plan, due to road blockage, Snowfall, Political unrest, Health issues or landslide, have to be paid on an actual basis, by participants.
Any change in Hotel or transport which involves additional costs will have to be paid by the client on an actual basis.
Photography is restricted for some of the areas and objects like bridges, Army camps, and office, some for the restricted zones.
Please ask before taking a picture of or with an Army personnel or local.
It’s a high altitude tour and needs some level of medical fitness. It is the responsibility of the participants to inform us in advance if they need any special medical attention or they are on some critical medication.

Cancellation policy

75% Refund for canceling the trip 8 weeks before the start date
50% Refund for canceling the trip 4 weeks or less, before the start date
In case of the trips getting canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the money after deducting 10% administrative charges.
Please note that the group size is 3-8 people only. The trip will be canceled in case we do not get 3 or more people for this offbeat Ladakh tour.
