Regarding stay In Manali-Leh road trip

Hello Sir, I am planning for a trip to leh in this June’s 1st week and did some planning, but need your suggestions in doing stay, whether those places I mentioned for stay are safe for our health?  I mean in respect to altutuat height.

Plan :
Day 1: Mumbai to Delhi Via train
(Rajdhani or Duronto (17-18hr) arrive on Day 2)
Day 2: Delhi Stay
Day 3: Delhi to Manali Travel (540km) Stay in Manali
Day 4: Manali to Spiti valley (200km) Stay at Spiti
Day 5: Spiti to Jispa (203km) Can Stay If wish to or Move forward Jispa to Sarchu (86km) Stay at Sarchu
Day 6: Stay at Sarchu
Day 7: Sarchu to Leh (250km) Will take more time to cover because of Many loops and traffic, Stay at Leh
Day 8: Stay at Leh, Explore Leh
Day 9: Leh to Pangong tso (223km) Stay at Pangong
Day 10: Pangong to Nubra valley (275km)  Stay at Nubra
Day 11: Nubra to Leh via Khardungla Stay at Leh
Day 12: Leh to Kargil (217km) Stay at Kargil
Day 13: Kargil to Srinagar (202km) Stay at Srinagar
Day 14: Srinagar to Jammu (267km) Stay at Jammu
Day 15: Jammu to Ludhiana (278km) Via Pathankot-Jalandhar Stay at Ludhiana
Day 16: Ludhiana to Delhi (309km) Stay at Delhi
Day 17: Delhi to Mumbai Via Train (Those who wants to travel directly to Mumbai)
Day 18: Arrive at Mumbai

Firstly, I will suggest you that please plan it in other direction as going via Srinagar – Leh Highway will be much much easier on your body and help you acclimatize to the high altitude of Manali – Leh Highway. Also, it allows you to enjoy the beauty of Manali – Leh by splitting the journey almost evenly in two days which is very difficult in the other direction. Thirdly, it will allow you to fit Tso Moriri lake into the itinerary in better way. You can read more reasons on the link here

You can fit Ludhiana/Amritsar in the above plan accordingly.
