    • Rest of the Himalayas and
    • Weekend trips (1-3 days)

    Good Evening Sir
i ordered on line for a jacket and a t-shirt with dow store on 15th sept. plaese when wiil i l get my consignment ? i mean just tentative date . i am leaving for sipiti in evening 22nd sept.

    • Hello Raj Kumar,

Yes, we know but since the jacket and embroidered T-shirts we order on demand, hence it takes time and that is why we have mentioned it to be 12-15 working days. Your order is about to be received by us, guess on Monday and will ship it on Monday. However, by 22 you will not be able to get it as we may ship it on Monday or Tuesday after checking its quality and passing it.

    • Hello Raj Kumar ji,

We went to vendor and picked ourselves your order and shipping it now. Still I do not think you will get it before you will go to Spiti on 22, I will share the number of tracking via DTDC with you in an hour or so.
