Is rented two wheeler of himachal pradesh registered vehicle will be allowed for rohtang pass without any permit??

No Vaibhav, all vehicles going to Rohtang Pass and beyond must have a valid permit to travel to Rohtang Pass or beyond Rohtang Pass. It does not matter where the vehicle belongs, Himachal or outside Himachal.

If i go by a rented two wheeler is it necessary to stay at rohtang for one day?
Is it possible to come back on same day?

ROhtang Pass is just 51 KMs and takes about 2 hrs to reach the top from Manali. You can come back the same day easily after spending an hour or so at the top
