I am traveling to leh.. I have taken an online permit for rohtang pass and paid Rs 50/- I have uttrakhand registered vehicle.. do I need to take any other permits?? Are non HP vehicles allowed to cross rohtang pass??

No Achla, you do not need any other permit to travel beyond Rohtang Pass after taking the permit you have taken. You can cross Rohtang Pass. Once you reach Ladakh, you should get Inner Line Permit to travel to Nubra Valley, Pangong Tso and Tso Moriri

Hi. I am traveling to Sach Pass via Dalhousie and thinking to exit through Manali. Do I need a permit to cross Rohtang pass? 
What about permit if I travel to Sissu to chandratal before going to Manali?

No, you do not need any permit when you travel from North side of Rohtang Pass to Manali. No permit needed for Chandratal as well
