I will suggest to read: How to make trip to Ladakh in 5 Days?

On the way back to Manali, have a night halt only at Sarchu or Jispa and then go to Manali to match the schedule.

It will end you up in the hospital. Please ensure you keep to the plan suggested in my previous reply link. That is the least risky option anything beyond it will end up in bad circumstances in just 5 days. Your plan is not at all recommended.
