Hi @raparthisujith a visit to spiti valley in these number of days is just not sufficient. You may go to chandratal and further to kaza and then will not have much time to acclimatized and explore things. I will advise it to skip spiti and visit places in and around manali.

It will be hectic to squeeze things in these number of days specially when you are doing by public transport. Even then, I will suggest you a sample plan for it.

2nd- night stay at manali.
3rd- now on this day, you will need to catch kullu-kaza bus which starts from kullu around 4 am and reaches manali an hour later. The bus gets crowded by that time and you may not able be to find a seat. So now you have to decide whether to stay previous night at kullu or hop on it from manali only. Reach kaza by evening.
4th- hire a bike at kaza or a taxi to cover local points.
5th- In the morning check about the timings of bus to mudh. Now head to tabo on this day (40 km from kaza), night stay.
6th- Catch the bus back to kaza and get down at attargu (little before kaza) and catch the bus coming from kaza and going to mudh village, night stay.
7th- Mudh to kaza.
8th- Kaza to manali.
9th- manali to delhi.

I have skipped chandratal as weather will be very cold there in the night and you are being solo, it would be good not be there.

Hope it helps... :)

+1 to what Anil bhai have suggested. Try to ease it out a bit.
