@SURINDERRANA @navneet1986 @dheerajsharma14 @yadavpreetrai

Sabhi bhai log ko bahut bahut dhanyavad. Really your words are very encouraging for me.. :) Yes, pankaj bhai, I had started searching for information about sach pass way back in 2014. Luck kept me waiting but at last this year, with the grace of God, I was able to go there, complete the circuit and witness the beauty of pangi valley. At places, the scenery was as beautiful as what I had seen in pehlagam, kashmir.

Would again like to go there and this time, would love to do killar-kishtwar and then return from padhri side... :)

Some more points I did observe and did notice during this trip.

1. Bairagarh and killar has just two stay options, chamunda and mannat at bairagarh and Chamunda and Raj at killar. Besides them, there is pwd rest house at bairagarh and not sure if killar has it. So reaching by afternoon, would be better to get the room and that too at good price.

2. Chamunda is better than mannat at bairagarh (off course expensive) and Raj is better than chamunda at killar.

3. At present, there is pakka black tarred road up to bairagarh and further 3 km. Beyond that, it is kacha dirt track, steep climb up to sach top. No water crossing which can be said difficult for an SUV. From sach top to bogotu, difficult descend, kaccha dirt road, careful negotiating is needed, somewhat back braking and tiring journey. It continues up to killar but nothing like an impossible drive or can't be done. Yes, small cars will surely struggle and it is better not to do this in them.

Killar has pakka road in and around it so for a moment, we thought it will continue now up to keylong which was not to be..
Killar has small market and Sunday is an off day. Rest everything gets closed by 7 pm.

4. No information boards at most of the junctions which is very irritating. Many of the times, you need to wait someone to pass by and then ask for the right path. Steep descend and bad road continues from killar too. There is new prem bhojnalaya after few km of killar. It is on the right hand side. Food here is delicious and reasonably priced too. The owner is having some rooms being constructed, for giving for night stay purpose. Further there is frh at Cherry, at very isolated location.

5. Bad road continues again but scenry is just marvelous. Occasionally we felt that we are in Kashmir. Just a couple of km before udaipur, there is madhgram nalla. On the entire route, this was the only water crossing which gave us hard time and even to our vehicle. It really needs to be crossed before noon and that too with careful driving.

Udaipur is bigger town than killar. Few km further it, road conditions improves and remains the same till we joined Manali leh highway.

Will come back with more..
