    Hi Sujith

If you are solo traveler, options are only HRTC bus and shared jeep (you can hire a taxi as well, that’ll be too expensive but)

Since you have less time, you’ll be in roads most of the time. Consider going upto Kaza and Tabo and returning from Manali side only. Or else

Oct 1: Early morning bus from Manali, reach Kaza by evening
Oct 2: Kaza and around – Kei, Kibber, langza etc by shared cab or full cab. evening try and get a shared cab to Tabo
Oct 3 : bus from Tabo and try to get to Nako
Oct 4: Nako to Reckong Peo and then to Kalpa
Oct 5 : Kalpa and around or may be get to Sangla
Oct 6 : Sangla to Rampur
Oct 7 : Rampur to Shimla / Chd / Delhi

Share jeep cost approx 1000 per person. depends on your negotiation skills also

Since you are extending the trip, may be you should consider visiting Chandratal also – a trip to Spiti is somewhat incomplete without that. Chandratal falls on the way between Manali & Kaza and is a 14km detour after Batal. This 14km you could do it by walk / lift , if you see someone..

If interested, do have a look here on cheapest ways to get there:
