Remembering the smiles :) :) on the faces of those cute little kids in Larot and Chirgaon, it was time for the final leg of our journey on way back home. We crossed Tiuni, on the banks of beautiful Tons river and started the ascend to Chakrata (about 80 km from Tiuni). About halfway from Tiuni, we found this small village called Sawara. It was situated in Uttarakhand. Here we asked a person about possibility of an Aanganwadi and luckily the same gentleman was having the one at his house. He happily took us to his home which was just few stairs down the road. Their we met another group of children and once again, our 3 travel companions gave me and Madan the opportunity of doing this noble work and let us distribute the stationary items among them. We felt really happy as it was a very heart warming atmosphere there. The kids were a little hesitant in begining but later became friendly with us. We stayed there for about 15 minutes and the house owner offered tea to all 5 of us. This type of hospitality, we usually don’t see often in big cities. Perhaps this is another reason that we keep coming back to the hills and we will because the smiles on those wonderful faces are priceless.. :) :)

Requesting my fellow companions to post the pictures..

While on our last visit to Mukteshwar, we weren’t able to execute the causes, the schools being closed by the time we reached. This was the first time I was part of the team for execution of the DoW Causes and it was a wonderful experience!

Some pics.. in no particular order

First of all thanks to Neeraj sir Ji for the capturing of those beautful moments and thanks to DOW also for making us aware of our responsibilities towards these wonderful people. Now even if we do it on small levels, these causes will always be part of our trips… :) :)

Yes Anil bhai that is the whole concept… It can be in any form or quantity, big or small,… what really matters is the feelings that you have for the place and return of satisfaction to inner self we get by these initiatives on our own. If each one of us start doing on our trips regularly and keep posting here for motivating people, we will soon be living in a better world around us…

Though we are Devils, but who said Devils don’t spread smiles … This makes us better than so called Humans 😈
